Time on time scoring.
The following formula will be used by HDA in scoring our fleet results. If you have any questions about it let me know.
Time Corrected = Time Actual *TCF
TCF is the time correction factor 676___________
550+PHRF rating
This uses 126 as the scratch boat for which the TCF=1
