Just to confirm that I will be there on Thursday. Also wanted to let you know that Loren Mollner, who owns the J-30 "Slim" (he already raced with the fleet on the Great Pumpkin), expressed an interest in attending the meeting.

I've confirmed with Joan that EYC will be serving a buffet dinner on Thursday evening. If you wish, grab a meal but plan to meet in the bar area around 7:30 to discuss the schedule. Depending on our numbers we'll either stay in the lounge area or move down to the regatta room if we need some privacy and quieter surroundings. Ideally we would have skippers from every boat intending to race any fleet events, but in the absence of a skipper perhaps each boat could designate a crew alternate able to convey the skipper's needs.
Joan asked me to get a roll call of those intending to meet. I know that Jane Doe, Takeoff, Tortuga, Prime Mover, Vent Vitesse and Wishful Thinking have affirmatively responded, and I'm sure a lot of other boats will be represented.
