Farallone yachts (see May Latitude 39, page 23) has a
Santana 30~30 for sale. I know the boat. It's got a dodger
and a mini-bimini over the helm. The owner has installed a
curved Harken track forward of the mast for self-tacking
headsails. The interior is in good shape, I've seen the
boat.
The guy who owned it had it at Peninsula Marina. I went to try to find to get him to come to Vallejo, but the boat was gone from the slip when I got there. It's in Alameda, now, obviously, since that's where Farallone Yachts is.
I've given the broker my name and the "sfbay30s@sailpix.com" e-mail address.
Just thought I'd pass that on to the fleet, in case you know someone who's just dying to join us. This 30~30 is pretty "cruisified", but she's in good shape. She has a bunch of new canvas. She also has no name on the hull, according to the broker. Received on Tue May 8 14:07:53 2001
