The Royal Vancouver Yacht Club has changed the dates of their March Madness Laser Regatta. The new dates are as follows: March 6 and 7, 2004. This was mostly done for the junior sailors and to avoid conflicting with a Learn-to-sail course. A NOR can be found at the RVYC website (www.royalvan.com). Please note that there is a discount if you pay before February 25 ($40). It will be $50.00 CAN afterwards. Thanks,
