2004 Racing Schedule

I was just looking at the calendar for next year on the Laser NA web site and they have finally posted the dates for the US Nationals as July 15 through the 18  in Santa Cruz.

First, using last years schedule as template, the US Nationals and the District 6 Championships should fall on the same weekend.  I have talked to several sailors who are planning to go to Santa Cruz so my question is, what are the chances that the D6 regatta can be scheduled so as to not conflict with the Pacific Coast Championships and the US Nationals? Is there the possibility D6 can move the regatta a week later to the 24^th so as to allow traveling D6 sailors to compete in their own district championship?

Second, is there a date for the Canadian Nationals yet? Rumor is that the regatta is going to be in Vancouver BC.  Can anyone confirm dates and if the regatta is going to be in BC?
