Over the Memorial Day weekend of 2004 (May 28 through 31, 2004), ORCA (Onedesign Racing Clinic Association), will be hosting the "first" annual "advanced racing clinic" in the Pacific Northwest area (Shilshole Bay Marina, Seattle, Washington), to be modeled in the tradition of CISA of California.
