A good number for you would be 12' 6" 1/4. Beside rake there is stiffness in spars. It would be good to have a stiff top section. if you have a boat that doesn't have much rake then you could have a soft top section.
Bottom sections can vary too - soft, firm. Today most are firm
Soft would be good for light and strong winds.
But really you can compensate these differences by adjusting your control lines. Just go sailing
