Hi to all the district 6 and North American Laser Sailors.
I agree with the decision of the Bellingham organizers to re-schedule the Bellingham Bay One-design regatta. Americans need time to recover and re-think their priorities. District 6 encompases both Canada and the United States and my heart goes out to those sailors in Washington and Oregon. We should all send a letter of support to Ryan Minth and to districts 8 and 9. I think that the Bellingham Regatta should be on October 13 and 14 or October 20 and 21, 2001. If this is not possible, then I would not object if the 2001 Bellingham Regatta was cancelled altogether.
