My favorite is a short sleeve wetsuit with full length legs. Long sleeves are just not flexible enough for sailing. If you don't have something the new Ronstan farmer john looks really nice and it's designed specifically for sailing. Not a bad price either.

underneath, fleece on top for your arms if it's really cold. A full spray suit keeps spray and rain from cooling the wetsuit. I wear the same boots and gloves year 'round. Get a good hat.

just wondering if someone could give me a quick rundown of what you wear while doing the frostbite series.. everything from what type of wetsuit to gloves and what you have on your feet.

thanks, Jim
