I just checked the Notice of Race for BBOD and here are the basics:

Registration fee is $35 for Lasers.
Yes that is correct, 1100 Warning for the first race. It's not summer anymore and the days are getting shorter.
I don't have precise direction to the club. Basically what you do is take one of the Bellingham exits (I usually go to the northern most exit) off I-5 and head west until you hit the water. Look for a marina just northwest of down town Bellingham with lots of boats. Go to the North end of that marina and you will find a group of businesses like LFS and West Marine. BYC is on the water near these businesses. We usually launch from the public launch ramp near the south end of the marina. Storage of boats and dollys is usually in the big parking lot next to the Coast Guard Station.
$35 gives you racing, free lunch on the water, and a dinner Saturday night.
