Here is the notice of race for the BlueNose at the Kitsilano Yacht Club in Vancouver BC. Note the date has changed from what is posted on the web page.
This regatta is typically the first weekend in NOV. Due to a scheduling conflict, the date has moved to the second weekend in NOV.

Sailing Instructions
1 Rules
The Regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 1997 -
2000, as prescribed by the Canadian Yachting Association, these Sailing
Instructions and the rules of each class concerned (as applicable)
