dear fellow laser sailors,

here is a sailing development that might be the greatest since uffa fox developed the boom vang. was that really his invention???

i would like to offer this tip if you are worried that you might lose you= r
boots or other sailing gear because the stuff stinks so badly that you fe= ar
it might just get up and walk away of its own accord. worse yet, if you put your hand deep down inside, something in there might just bite off o= ne
of your fingers. =

the easy solution: first rinse the gear with fresh water and then sprink= le
generously with baking soda. you will be pleasantly surprised at the nearly instant results. you might even find that some of your former friends will no longer keep such a great distance!!!

an ulterior motive that i have in providing this information is that sinc= e
you will now have to spend much less money on either expensive rinses or worse yet, new boots or clothing, you'll have gobs of spare money with which to pay your seattle laser fleet dues. =

happy sailing and sweet smelling,

/s/ marty seelig
fleet treasurer or should that just be fleet treasure???!!! Received on Mon Nov 30 20:54:05 1998
