My rear port window on my GP has a really bad leak.

There appear to be six screws that hold this thing in place. I suspect that
all I have to do is remove the screws and then push out the window, reseal and
I'm done. Has anyone done this? What kind of sealant should I use? What kind of problems might I encounter?
