Has anyone measured the IC and JC for their new PHRF Certificate in So Cal? If so what numbers did you get? The JC is a bow sprit, which we don't have, but:
I have not figured out how to measure the vertical length from the shear line of the deck to the top of the spinnaker masthead sheeve (IC). Seems to me it can only be calculated?
Any information? We have to have this measurement to get a 2002 certificate.
