I recently read through the ISAF rules and, nothing significant has changed.
It is still up to the clubs or race managements to designate the category,
if they do not then it is always a category A. As for the RRS's there have
been no significant changes that I have noticed.
I don't think advertising is an area that the fleet should have to worry about.
