Oh boy! I don't envy you. All of my instrumentation died this year too! except that sending mine back for repair was a non-issue since the manufacturer of mine has long since disappeared.
If you were happy with the instruments before they died and can repair them for a reasonalbe cost then I would recommed doing so. Otherwise look inot the Nexus System, for around $1300.00 you can get a complete system. You can add on modules fair inexpensively. They are available at West Marine and many on line sources like http://www.pyacht.com
I know several people who have gone to them and they really like the system.
