I have just been contacted by the race chair at Shoreline Yacht Club = inquiring if the 30/30 Fleet would be interested in a class start for = their upcoming Queen Mary race from Redondo Beach to Long Beach. It = seems the idea was presented to them by RBYC as a possible class. =20
One point of interest is that the following weekend is our Championships = at LAYC the following weekend so this would be an excellent feeder to = get down from MDR to the LAYC area. I would like to hear from the MDR = folks to see if you are interested so I can relay it to SYC, to put in = the notice of race.
Also, Mike G...Has Ullman put together a tuning guide as you have = indicated? If so, who has access to it? if there is in fact a new = tuning guide we should get it out to the fleet, don't you think?
