Aaron Feves of Long Beach (Scoundrel) has graciously volunteered to design
and implement an Olson 30 measurement certificate and database. He'll be
consulting with John Rahn (Seattle), Todd Downey (Channel Islands) and the
yet to be elected San Francisco Bay measurer to design a certificate which
meets our needs.
