No, sending in new measurements is required for all. Expectation is the boats that will be the most impacted are those w/ large roaches, newer designs that aren't captured by the current PHRF rules, etc.

This is a great opportunity where we have sailmakers and PHRF measurers volunteering their time to help our club members and you can get your measuring done for free.

Measuring is 1/20 from 10am-4pm at the CYC Seattle Clubhouse. I strongly encourage members to attend, bring your sails and your crew to help.
