I do have 12 sheets of target speeds and polar charts that were developed for a J35 in 1989. It was onboard my J35 when I bought the boat 2 years ago. I have used the data some, but have not been able to throughly explore all the parameters. Cannot confirm the accuracy. I may be willing to send a copy if there is a great interest.
