i have had this rope on the boat for 2 seasons and in general it has
stood up well. in this off season my rigger end for ended my halyards
made of this material and found the rope where it turned around the
sheave at the masthead at least was breaking down, almost turning to
dust. i dont think its the sheave as hall spars told me the existing
sheave was ok for the application (8mm rope). has anyone had similar
experience with this stuff? so far yale wont respond to my request for
info
