I own a J35 that has a wheel and a J40 forepeak (great interior). I
would like to race it OD but I fear the boat is to heavy in the ends and
will have trouble competing against other J35s. I don't want to remove
the interior but was thinking about replacing the wheel with a tiller.
Does any body have any ideas on this, or is any one racing a similar
J35? I race the boat PHRF know and she does fine in flat water, but in
any type of a chop I can't seem to compete against the rest of the
fleet.
