Hopefully everyone is recovered from the insane conditions at the TI
invitational by now and ready to get some much needed points without breaking
your boat. Attached is the NOR for the second SoCal container qualifier to be
held in San Diego, June 22-23, 2002.
A quick overview...
$35.00 entry fee that gets you two days of racing, and dinner & beer on
Saturday night.
Triangle windward-leeward combinations courses in the ocean with gate starts.
Boat storage and car parking in MBYC (no parking permits required).
Free housing if you need it...
Division break for older boats (separate trophies)
General information
MBYC has two hoists as well as three beach launches, shower facilities, and a
bar with some of the most inexpensive drinks in town.
We will most likely have a photographer on the water one or both days with pictures available to purchase after the event.
